It’s Valentine’s Day this month; a time for celebrating love in all its forms. Why not mark the day by celebrating with self-love? You could begin by saying ‘thank you’ to your body with mindful movement, such as dressing in cosy warm clothing and going for a walk and observing Mother Nature.
Notice the colour of the sky, the sounds around you and the noise each of your steps make as you walk. Breathe deeply in and out.
Self-love is a different journey for everyone and the beauty lies in finding your own way forward.
